Mexican Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 large avocado
1 medium banana
4 tbsp. cacao powder
2 tbsp. 100% pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. almond butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. pink salt or Real Salt
Optional: 2 scoops grass-fed collagen
Topping: cacao nibs, toasted nuts, fresh mint and/or fresh fruit
Yield: 3 servings
Instructions: add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth. Add toppings and enjoy!
