Detoxifying Greens Smoothie Recipe
If you’re in need of a detox, but aren’t feeling too “hardcore” about it, dip your toes into the pond by incorporating more detoxifying foods into your diet.

Detoxifying Greens Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pear
1 c. spinach
Small handful cilantro
4-5 fresh mint leaves
1/4 avocado
1-inch knob fresh ginger
1 tsp. matcha (green tea) powder
1-2 scoops ground hemp seeds
Optional: 1 scoop grass-fed collagen peptides
Instructions: add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Enjoy fresh, preferably within 15 minutes of preparation to maximize nutrient intake.
Note: support digestion in the fall and winter months by enjoying your smoothies at room temperature rather than ice-cold.
