Ingredients:
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 pear, cubed and core removed
1 c. spinach
1/3 avocado
1 small stalk of celery
2-inch knob fresh ginger
Superfood Add-Ins: 3 tbsp. Power Shake, 1 tsp. ceremonial grade matcha powder
Yield: 1 drink
Instructions: add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Enjoy fresh (preferably within 15 minutes of preparation) to maximize nutrient intake.
